Can we pay only for the "added to ten" users ?

Hi,

we are a small group of 13 people organizing a run event.

My question is easy : is it possible to have a paying plan only for the 3 excess users ?

No, all users are taken into account when the bill is calculated, not just those added beyond the 10 collaborator limit for free Workspaces.

However, that doesn't mean that all users have to be paid for as part of that bill. That depends on these criteria:

1. Members of the Workspace itself are always billable
2. Guests of the Workspace are billable if they are members of more than one board. If the guest is only on one board, they're free.

Access to just one board is not very helpfull for the collaboration.
