Can’t reset password from a different email address

Hi, I’ve been locked out of my outlook email account, which has affected Trello.

On the Trello app, when I select Reset Password, it says that I can use ANY email address to reset the password, but then it directs me to Atlassian. With Atlassian, however, it will only allow me to use my outlook email account (of which I cannot access)
