When trying to remove a label off a card, the system just says not responding and then doesn't save any changes until we refresh the page. Is there any way to resolve this?
@sharris okay so what I'd recommend is going to loom.com and recording a screencast showing this behaviour, then go back to trello.com/contact and go through the options to send them an email with the link to the screencast, and select the option to allow support access to your board.
Also a good idea to let them know what OS/browser you're using in case they can't easily tell from the screencast.
