I cannot receive any invitation email and recovery link to my work email, Cassie.Chen@kellypartners.com.au.
I checked with our IT and confirmed our serve does not block any email from trello. We retired sending the invitation multiple times but no avail.
Can you support us on this issue. please?
In my experience, it can happen that your mail address is blocked at Atlassian side, often after a bounce has been received too many times (for whatever reason).
Best bet would be to raise a support case with Atlassian @ https://support.atlassian.com to see if they can sort you out.
