Can't add new collaborators to board

I am trying to add a new collaborator to a board - we have the free workspace plan.

I get this notification when I try to add someone new, but we currently only have 7 Collaborators;

This free Workspace is at the 10 collaborator limit and no new collaborators can be added.

Any advice would be great!

Welcome to the community.

This message explains that even if you have 7 users on your board, this board is under a workspace that has already exceeded the limit of users and is currently 10 on free accounts as you can check on the page below

You can upgrade your plan at https://trello.com/pricing in order to have more than 10 users on your workspace.

You can also remove members of the workspace to allow you to add more users to the board, or open a new workspace and move this board with only the 7 users that you mentioned,
