Can't access the board as its admin is no more working with us.

We have a board inside our organization "The Parklane Group" named "Iram Noor's Projects". She left the company a few years back and this board worked for 2 years. However, we can not access it now. Can you please help us with it?

Hi @Syed Hussain Abbas, Unfortunately, the only way to gain admin access to the Board is through that user's account as they are the sole admin of the Board and Workspace it sits in. Is there a way you can reactivate their email and take control of the Board? 

If that's not possible then you can copy the Board into a Workspace that you are an admin of. Just bear in mind that it won't copy comments, card activity or archived cards. See this page for more information: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/copying-cards-lists-or-boards/#Boards
