I am unable to login to my Trello account on different devices such as my Android phone or a different computer. I can only login on the laptop where I registered my account. I have changed my password multiple times but it says I have inputted the wrong email or password when both credentials inputted are correct.

You can clear the cache & data from the apps that you can't log in from then uninstall the app and install it again then try to log in!
If you still face any problems you can ask Trello support too.
There's not a lot we can do for you here. It sounds like you are simply putting the wrong credentials in on the different devices.
