Can only a team belong to a personal board?

I have 11 personal boards that I don’t have the ability to assign people to unless I create a team and add to it. Previously, I could simply invite people to personal boards.

It doesnt become an issue until you want to add any users to more than two boards ... then it starts wanting you to take out a paid plan.

Not sure if with Trello Gold its different, but the Trello free, used to not be an issue, then say couple of months ago they started pushing the teams and saw the just add somebody feature go.

I think you still an achieve this. AFICS, adding members to any card will add them as board members. No team involved.
