I have been trying to join my organization's Trello boards. I have created an account, but the email confirmation did not arrive in my inbox. I requested a re-send three times. My colleagues have all joined without issue. I emailed Trello support directly from my email account. I have refreshed my inbox, and checked all folders and filters, including spam.
What should I do? Help me)
I had the same issue and added the following 3 contacts in my email account contacts:
Not sure which one did the trick but after adding them I clicked on resend confirmation email. Got the email about 30 min later.
