Can i create "service accounts"?

Does Trello have the capability of nominating accounts as "service accounts"? eg. Accounts that will not consume a licence and can not be logged into but have membership in the enterprise?  

The specific reason i ask is that i have a user who wishes to set up a zapier integration that seems to want to use a human account and doesn't seem to accept an API token or something similar that would normally allow one to circumvent this.

Hi Ryan,

I'm afraid not—there's not a way to specify an account as only a service account. In order for an account to have data access, it would need to be created, and would functionally, not be different from any typical account being used by a person. I'll definitely make sure our teams know that's something you'd like to see in the future!
