Can a user maintain "Single-Board Guest" status if I move them from one board to another?

I want to make sure that I understand what constitutes a "Single-Board Guest". Will I be okay as long as I keep a "Single-Board Guest" limited to one board? What if I change them from one board to another? Am I still okay, billing-wise?

Hi Tasha,

 

As long as any given Guest is a member of only one board on your team, there'd be no charge for them. If you want to move them to a different board, the order of actions is important to keep that condition true—you need to first remove the Guest from the first board (to have them on zero boards) and then add the Guest to the new board (bringing them back to one).

If at any time the Guest is a part of 2 boards, you'd be charged for that!
