Can I use my Atlassian / Jira login with the Trello desktop app?

Hi,

We've just started Jira so forgive me if this is a daft question. 

I'm coming from the Apple world where a single AppleID gets us into everything from their consumer app store, to iTunes Connect and even the Apple Developer portals.

• a) I haven't yet added / enabled any Trello functionality into our Jira (do I need to?)
• b) As Atlassian now owns Trello, can I use our Jira / Atlassian login with the Trello desktop app?  Currently it doesn't seem so.

Any help much appreciated.

Hi Steve,

To use Trello, you won't enable any Trello features inside of Jira—Trello is its own standalone product available at trello.com. There are ways to integrate each product with the other, but they are both standalone.

It's not yet possible to log into Trello with your Atlassian account, though it may be in the future! For now, you can sign up for a free Trello account at https://trello.com/signup
