Can I sort by member on the board and visualize the project's term like graph?

啓治泉佐々木 September 22, 2020

How you do you every one. My name is Mizuho.

At first, because I'm Japanese, so I apologize you may not understand my problems and what I want to do.

-------

I'm a host(project leader).

Every member often want to know how done one's every tasks. So we want to show their tasks by member and visualize such as graph from start to goal(time limit) on the board.

Please teach me how to do it, or other idea.

If you can't understand my problems and what I want to do, please tell me more information and so on.

Thank you.

@啓治泉佐々木 The best tool for this is Placker, it's built to run on Trello and do very flexible project planning including Gantt charts.

Thank you for reply.

I will try to use “Placker” on Trello.

Hi Mizuno.  I think your best solution is to build a dashboard for your project.

First, you will need to build a filter.  Go to Filters | Advanced Issue Search

You can use the basic filter tool to select your project and any specifics you need.

Save it (and share it if others will view your dashboard).

Then, go to Dashboards

Select Create

Give it a name and description and choose the view settings.  Then save.

On the new dashboard, you can choose a layout (full width, two column, uneven split, or three column - this can be changed later, so try several and see which works best)

Then you can add gadgets.  You want to select  "Load All Gadgets" to see all available.  You will need to add your filter as the data source, and then choose key metrics (assignee, status, priority, etc)  You can multiple of each gadget up to 20, and you can build different filters to see different data sets.

In your case, I think some of the gadgets that you can try are:

Pie Chart

Workload pie chart

Filter results

Two dimensional filter (very powerful, look at data many different ways)
