Currently, we do not have a way to filter cards by creation date. If you're on a paid subscription, you can use Custom fields. Please read how you can filter using them: https://support.atlassian.com/trello/docs/using-custom-fields/
If the feature suggestion below is available, you can utilize the start date as an option.
There is a feature request to have the ability to filter or search for cards by start date. If this helps, I’ve added you as a “+1” to our existing suggestion, which you can access here: TRELLO-395
