I want to be able to link multiple boards that are templates for projects my team will be creating to an overall project management board so that I can see at a glance the overall project timelines and statuses. Is this doable?
Hi @Kim Williams ! Welcome to the community :) Just adding onto the suggestions already provided - you have different options to create reports like the Workspace Table, Dashcards, or Blue Cat Reports. This will give you a list/table view of cards from one board or many. If you need to see the consolidated view in a board view, Unito can do this for you. The idea would be to create a "Master Project Board" and then sync cards automatically into this board from your different project boards. You can sync all information to the master, or just some. Hope that helps!
You should try use the options provided by Michael.
Recently, I stumbled across Fibery.io .
I tested it with several similarly structured boards. Apparently it does synchronised between the two app - Trello and Fibery .
My first thoughts was for use cases that requires you to view across boards and to use it to add new databases to that Trello collection of Board, List, Cards...etc - each is a database by Fibery's definition.
I am on its the personal free plan so there is not collaboration.

Yes - two ways:
1. If you need to just see a UNION of all the cards in both boards, use a Workspace view (like the table view) and just select both boards. (Premium subscription)
2. If you need to understand and track something about the work in those two boards, use Dashcards.
