Can I add a note box to a card that stays (doesn't get moved down like a comment)?

I would like to add a note to a card that is not in the description box and is not a comment that gets moved.  Is there a way to do this?

There's not a way to accomplish this other than using the description field.

OK, thanks.  Would really like to have the option to pick and choose the items for the menu bar for cards.
