Can Butler add a card to a board if it knows the board name but the board is not visible?

If each member of my team creates a board using the same name as would appear in the varible {addedfullname} for that user, can I use butler to add a card from another board when it has been assigned to them if that board is NOT visible? 

For example, something like this.

when someone is added to a card, copy the card to the top of list "New Tasks" on board "{addedfullname}" and link the cards together

Never mind, yes it can I just did some testing.

@[deleted] the user on whose behalf Butler is acting needs access to those boards. Is that what you mean by visible? I assume each team member isn't archiving their boards ...
