Hi All,

I hope this message finds you well.

Our top management within the company is using Trello the free version but different from the selected product. They are receiving multiple notifications for every attachment they have in the boards, task or card. Is there a solution to remove these notifications, please?

Check if there are any automation rules that were set up for this action. From everything that you have described only the group of top management is receiving the notifications.

Yes, click on three dots and click on Automation:

And choose the rules and see if something is in here.
