Butler command quota met in business class while setting up company system?

I'm setting up a project managing system using Trello, I have a business class membership and have been orchestrating the various rules between boards and teams, suddenly my 'quota' has been met and with the system yet complete it is now dead in the tracks and this is a huge problem as we are trying to onboard people. Is there a way to get around this? When does the quota renew? I'm amazed a system promising to organize on bigger scale places limits like this.

Can you paste a screenshot of where you are seeing that your quota is used up? 

It may be that you have boards outside of your Business Class Team - (i.e. personal boards) which would use your personal quota (not the higher Business Class quota).  To fix, you'd just move the board into your Business Class Team.
