Butler Rule to trigger on comment doesn't work

I'm using the trigger for when a comment is posted to a card.  I would expect that this would fire for any comment on any card on boards that have this rule but this is not happening.  What am I doing wrong?

Hi there,

Are you able to see any errors in the command log for that rule? You can click on the light bulb icon to see the log and this might give you an indication as to why the rule isn't working correctly - is the rule not triggering or is the connection to Slack not set up correctly.

Let me know and we can figure out the way to correct this.
