Butler Checklist Help

Hi,

I am trying to run the suggested card button "convert all the incomplete items in checklist into linked cards" which is working but the title of the new card is just what has been written as the checklist item, is there a way to have the original card name first then the checklist item so I know which card it has come from without opening the card?

I feel like this should have a simple answer.. but I couldn't figure out how to be in the For Each loop but only for the incomplete items. So here's a possibly overly complex answer:
(replace blue label with something that is obviously only for Butler to use in an actual case)
