I paid for business class for 2 users. And yet when I log into my boards, it wants me to upgrade. I've written for support, but I've never received an answer.
Why am I being asked to upgrade when I already have?
@Barbara C Phillips business class subscriptions apply to workspaces, so perhaps the board you're looking at is not a member of your business class workspace.
That must be it.
It's my personal boards then that are the workspace, while my work boards, with my VA, are not.
I suppose I can move the boards around to get them where I want them.
