Tell me if there is a function or role that can split tasks moved to the archive depending on the month of moving
Hi @TATIANA VLASOVA ! Welcome to the community :) a similar question was asked a little while ago and there were a few good suggestions posted there: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Trello-questions/Count-archived-Trello-cards/qaq-p/1966861#M62476
My suggestion was to use dashcards so you can view things like so:

Trello doesn't have anything built in to show this data. You could look at 3rd party reporting options, we have written up the most popular ones here https://www.bluecatreports.com/trello-reporting/. For the most part they will not support reporting on *when* a card was archived. However, if you are moving cards into a Done list and would be happy seeing reporting on when that happened you can get that from Blue Cat Reports, see details on one way of doing that here https://www.bluecatreports.com/help/articles/create-a-historical-chart/.
Thanks,
Silvia
