We have waited and tried again but are having no luck, any ideas?

It happens sometimes! The problem was with your network or device!
First of all, log out of your account then clear cache & data and all other unnecessary things from your browser and restart your browser, and then log in to your account!
Make sure your internet connectivity is ok!
Note: before doing the above process, sync any offline data if any!
