Board and User Not Accessible

Hi there,

In my workspace there's a guest user who no longer works at our company and there's no access to their credentials or their email address. That user has a board on the workspace they are admins of. I managed to remove the user from the workspace, but they are now guests. I would like to remove the board and the guest user. Is that possible in any way?

Free Workspaces in Trello are getting some new admin tools that will allow you to fully remove any member or guest. These tools will be available by the end of March.

If you want to remove someone before then, you can do that by starting a free trial of Premium (no credit card required) if you haven’t used a trial previously. That will give you full admin capabilities so that you can remove any member from any board.
