Billing rule after premium trial period ?

To start billing after the 1 month trial period with premium, will you count the number of users at the start of trial period, or at the end of this one ? Thanks.

At the end of the trial. 

When the trial ends, your subscription drops down to free and you can then upgrade based on the people in your workspace at that time.
