Billing - license for 1?

So my premium trial is about to expire in 8 days. I'm not worried about losing any data. I did do some reading and yes, I understand that stays safe.

What is bothering me: I went to the billing page hoping that I could purchase one license for my workspace, but apparently it is only possible the purchase a minimum of 27 with each costing x amount? 

Am I missing sth?

Billing works at the workspace. 

1. ALL members of the Workspace are billable
2. Guests of the Workspace are billable if they are members of more than one board. If the guest is only on one board, they're free. So, if those 27 people are only guests on a single board in the Workspace, you wouldn't need to pay for them.
