we would like to get the following automation:
If we create a new folder on a network drive in Win Explorer, Trello should create a new card named like that folder, based on a Trello template (because we've added our standard work steps in a checklist in a template).
Hope you guys understand what I mean :D
Is there any way to automate this step?

Actually, that's possible but for that, you will require a lot of automation knowledge and various tools from multiple organizations required to do this task.
With Just Trello and Butler, you can't perform this task.
There is a lot of software available but the process to set up is quite complex if you don't know how to use that software.
