Automated e-mail to sender when issue is done or someone added comment

Hi,

I'm very green on Trello and I don't find solution how I can to some automation or which power-up to use. Seems that "butler" is most popular power-up for some automation, but right now this power-up not able to take new users.
But my problem which seek a solution:

From mail support@yyxx.net going automatically "ticket" to Trello as new card, now I want to automatically when adding some comment or/and when I move the card to Done list, then system sends message to mail sender ( who is not team member, just sender X ) With commend that's done or with last comment or with all comments. 
That I should not send a separate email myself.

@Margus Veer hey Margus, you might be interested in this integration I created which allows you to use Trello as a Gmail client:

https://trello.com/integrations/#benkoboard

This way, each conversation in Gmail has a corresponding card in Trello, and you can do something like:

@reply 

Thanks for your email, we are working on the ticket now!
