Atualmente tenho uma equipe com 5 membros, 5 convidados. Totalizando 10 usuários. 

Éramos usuários Standart e final do ano passado, em Dezembro/2023 fizemos o upgrade para o plano Premium e pagamos R$2.334,40 reais por um ano de acesso. A oferta do Premium é $10/por usuário plano anual, ou seja, devíamos pagar $100 pagamos bem mais. Além disso, não completamos um ano do plano ainda e já foi solicitado upgrade e está realizando a cobrança no pagamento novamente, suspenderam e limitaram o acesso para o basic.

Translation:

I currently have a team with 5 members, 5 guests. Totaling 10 users.
We were Standard users and at the end of last year, in December/2023 we upgraded to the Premium plan and paid R$2,334.40 reais for one year of access. The Premium offer is $10/per user for an annual plan, that is, we should pay $100 but we pay much more. Furthermore, we haven't completed a year of the plan yet and an upgrade has already been requested and the payment is being charged again, they suspended and limited access to the basic.
