Are multiple tag filters in in butler treated as AND or OR?

I'd like to have a butler due date command that notifies me 60 days in advance for cards with either of two different labels. However, I can't find any documentation indicating whether adding the two labels to the trigger rule results in cards with either label triggering the action (OR), or only cards that have both labels triggering the action (AND).

Here's the Due Date trigger I'm using; I want the two labels handled as OR rather than AND conditions:

"60 days before a card with the blue "Conferences" label with the blue "Journals" label is due"

(I realize I can create two separate rules, but that's a lot of extra work that I'd prefer not to do if I can solve this with a logical operator.)

Unfortunately Butler does not have the feature you wanted.
