Archiving a not completed due date card

renee I'm New Here Mar 31, 2020

We are starting to use Corello in conjunction with Trello.  In Trello - we have cards with due dates - some of our employees do not have automation (yet) that would mark the card as "complete" when moved to a certain list such as done or they are not manually marking the card as "complete."  If the card with a still open due date is archived - does it automatically mark off as complete so it will not show up in Corello as "Slow Cards"?

Hi Renee,

When you archive a card it doesn't automatically mark the due date as complete. I'm not familiar enough with Corello to say whether this would still show up as one of your "Slow Cards" - this is something that you could definitely check with Corello though.

Alternatively, if you want your employees to use the same workflow, you could ask them only to mark the card as complete, and then based on this set up Butler rules about which list the card should move to or whether it should be archived.

Enjoy the rest of your week!
