Hi,
I've been trying to submit our request through the contact form during a couple of days to no avail. At least 10 attempts.
There is always something popping up and my requested is never submitted despite clicking the unresolved option.
As time goes by I'm becoming angrier. This is starting to look like some nasty advertising.
Have the Trello people heard about email? Dated but has its uses, such as not making me waste my time.

Many thanks, @Jodi LeBlanc. I actually went through Atlassian support.
It's still quite surprising that they ask us to pay upfront, in contradiction with Trello's policies on the website.
I really hope they sort it out ASAP or we'll move elsewhere.
