I have some cards with checklists that have existed for some time and they've always worked fine.
For the last few days it's not been possible to tick the boxes in the list. The only way I've found that works is to edit the name of an item and then tick a box. That works once then the rest are untickable until an item's name is edited again.
Any idea what's going on?
Hi Karl,
Thanks for reaching out!
That sounds a little strange. Could you please let me know what browser you're using?
Would you mind performing a hard refresh of your browser to see if that changes anything?
Chrome: Windows - Ctrl+F5 / Mac - Command+Shift+R
Safari: Mac - Option+Command+R
Firefox: Windows - Ctrl+Shift+R / Mac - Command+Shift+R
If not, do you experience the issue when you try via an incognito/private window?
Look forward to hearing from you,
Lara

I'm using Chrome but I'd already tried Ctrl+F5 but it didn't make any difference.
It was a bit more intermittent yesterday and seems to be working fine today so far.
When it happens, I'm able to tick as many boxes in the checklist as I want to until I move to another window. When I then move back, they're not tickable unless I edit the name of the checklist item. Then the cycle begins again. However, it does seem OK so far today so I'm not sure what's changed.
Thanks for getting back to me.
Karl
