Announcements by any changes at my (shared) board?

Hi,

I am new Trello user.  I would like to ask you, if Trello can me announce (per email / App in Mobile) ANY change at my (shared) board?

I know, there is one function, with announcement after set up timing of "to do". But I dont think this one.. 

Example: my colleague give a new job / information / comment to my board. (without any timing) And I need just to know automatically and immediatelly about.

Hey Martin,

It sounds like you want to be notified of all updates on a board. There are some actions that will not generate a notification, but to ensure you get as many as possible, you'll want to watch the board.
