An old member of my workspace owns a majority of our boards - can we get help to delete them?

Hi Trello community

The questions says it all. I would like to create new boards in my workspace but cannot add any more as the maximum amount of boards has been reached. The owner of the old boards cannot access her account since she has forgotten what email she used.

Is there any way to get help or support to remove old boards? Or perhaps any tricks or work-arounds?

Why don't you just create a new workspace and move all the boards you want to keep to that?
