I've been using Trello for years now and I'm facing an issue since yesterday that I can't seem to solve.
I have "Amazing fields" activated on one board, but the fields are no longer visible in the cards. The other people from the board don't face that issue.
I can't access the settings neither.
I'm the Project Manager so that's a big problem.
I've tried to log out, errase the cookies, and log back in but the issue is still there.
Can anyone help please ?
I can't find any support contact form on the website.

Sorry for the issues here. It looks like something changed in the Trello backend that triggered an exception inside the powerup. There is a new version pushed out that seems to be working for everyone now.
Again, sorry for the frustration. I came as a surprise to me as well and only shows up for a combination of account settings that I don't have in my daily Trello environments, so I didn't see it right away.

I'm having the exact same problem as you, since yesterday as well.
I've tried several ways to fix it—accepting cookies, clearing the cache, switching my internet connection, changing accounts, and trying another browser and another computer. Nothing seems to work.
And I'm the only one on my team facing this issue.

I asked an administrator of the board to change my profile from member to administrator and Amazing fields came right back.
Maybe it'll work for you too :-)
