Unfortunately Trello doesn't currently have the ability to set dates relative to a card's due date. However we are tracking interest for that feature here: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/TRELLO-123
I have added this your vote to the feature request. I would also recommend you to visit that suggestion, login with your Atlassian account, and click *Start watching this issue* on the right panel. This will help our product and engineering team understand more about which functionalities our users are interested in. Also, when the ticket is updated by our product team, you'll be notified via email.
As a workaround you can store the 'start date' in a custom field (Only available in our paid plans) as the Automation tool can set dates relative to a custom field date. You can then create each checklist item and set the dates like so:
when custom field "start date" is set to a date by me,
add item "envoyer les invitations" to checklist "project",
set the item due on the date in custom field "start date" plus 15 days, a
dd item "trouver un traiteur" to checklist "project",
and set the item due on the date in custom field "start date" plus 20 days
I understand that it's not an ideal workaround as it requires a lot of different steps.
