Adding workspace member - says she is on another board and can't be added

We are having trouble adding a new workspace member to our trello board.  When I try, it says "This user is already a guest on a different board within this Workspace. Contact a Workspace admin to add them."

I am a workspace admin and she was taken off the other board that we were aware of that she is on.  Any ideas why this problem is occuring?

Hey Philip,

I've taken a quick look and you currently have 2 Workspaces on your end, one of them is Free and one is on Standard Plan.

When you try to invite a user who's a Single-board guest on a paid Workspace o a second board under that Workspace, the user will change from single to Multi-board guest, and becomes billable at the same rate as a Workspace member.

In this case, only the Admin can take that action since it directly affects your billing. Looking at the Standard Workspace here, I could see that you're not an admin, hence, you're receiving that message when trying to include the user on a second board.

In this case, please review which boards the user is a member of, and ask for the admin of that Workspace to change your status.
