Adding a new member

Hello,  I'm having issues adding a member to a board.  I have added others with no problem, however thus one member can not see it.  When he opens the link trello shows the message that the board cannot open. 

Help.  Does it matter that he's using Hotmail?

Hi, Ian!

The e-mail provider or domain of the user is not relevant for access, so it does not matter that he's using Hotmail.

Is the member listed in the "Board members" list of the board? You can check this out by clicking on the "Share" button on the top right corner of the board, and re-send the invite from there if he is not listed.

Also, note that free workspaces have a limit of 10 collaborators, so if you already have 10 collaborators, you won't be able to invite anyone else.
