Adding a Trello Board to Confluence

Hi, do confluence users need to have a trello account in order to view my recently added trello board in confluence. 

I asked someone who does not have a trello account to view the confluence page where I had just added the trello board, however they were unable to view it because it asked them to sign in to trello. 

My trello board has the option that it is visible only to worksapce members. The confluence page where I added this board had view access to everyone.
