Add Spouse to Same Account

Hello Folks

I just signed up for a Trello Account using my Gmail Email Account.

My wife and I are moving and want to setup a Projects List, Research List, ToDo list, Renovations list etc...

In order to have my wife also use Trello so it sounds up with my Account, should she sign up as a new user with her own Gmail Email Account and Password and then I just Add her as one of my Members, OR should she log in using my Gmail Email and password?

Also, we will have about 3 other friends helping us. How can they log in? Do they also have to sign up with their own Gmail Email or Outlook Email account, then I Add them as members as well?

How does Trello Get Synced for all members to see the latest update?

Yes have her create her own account and you can invite her to the board.

Hello @Galen Ash 

Firstly, welcome to the community. 

If you have a Trello board set up already you can invite your wife and friends using their email addresses directly from within Trello. 

Here are some steps to follow and a reference to the documentation.

1. You can add members to boards even if they are not already using Trello.
2. Select "Invite" from the board menu.
3. Enter the person's name and email address and click "Send Invitation"
4. You can add your wife and friends to cards once you have done this.

If you prefer to send them a link to your board, they can sign up to Trello through the link instead. Follow the steps on this page.
