i have invited two colleagues to a board I am working on. Neither were trello account holders. To access my board they created trello accounts but have not received their activation e-mails.
They can log in and see the 're-send activation e-mail' button, but using it has no effect.
Incidently, two other colleagues been able to create accounts and access my board with no problems.
Any help would be appeciated.
is it from same email domain ? try checking with email spam or likewise,
or check your email server black list , is atlassian in it ,
last , there some attlassian email activation issue too, you can Contact Atlasssian / open a bug report, tell them to delete the email from the block list and the user will be able to activate.
