A unique number above the title of every card on every board.

I have one person who has a unique number above the title of every card on every board. No one else sees this number. It doesn't matter if he created the card or not, or if he is a member or non-member to the board.

Hey Cindy

Is this card number visible on any web browser, or only Chrome? Can you look at it in another browser like Edge or Internet Explorer?  It may be a chrome extension...
