A client uses Trello and I'm not seeing all of the cards that she has added me to. Any advice?

I discovered that I'm not seeing all of the cards when she shared her screen with me on a video call. Her Trello board looks much more populated than mine. She says she has added me to the cards, but they're not showing up on my board.

Hi Kirsten

There's not a way to "hide cards" unless you've got a filter enabled,.  If you've been added as a member of the board, you should see all of the cards.  Can you try using a different web browser and see if you're able to then see all of the cards? If so, try giving your current browser a cache clearing.
