3 issues with trello

 We have been experiencing these issues over the last few weeks and months - please let us know what you are doing to fix these issues:-
1.  We cannot drop and drag documents anymore, it will do it adhocly, but when we try it just " +copy " and opens in a new tab
2.  Some of the cards get Archived without us archiving them
3.  More recently - messages are not seen by the people added to the message and sit there for days until we chase up - only to be advised they have not received the message
Any help please

Hello, Anu

1 - Is this issue happening on a specifc browser or are you using the desktop/mobile app?
2- Not sure if you notice any action while this is happening, there's a shortcut that can archive cards which is pressing C over a card that it's not open as you can check here in https://trello.com/shortcuts
3- Can you give more details about this messages? Like you are not getting the bell notification on something?

Noted or response for question 1 and 2.

No 3.  - Our manager puts a message on the card and certain people cannot see that message even though they are "@" in the message?  Why is this happening

Are they having trouble seeing the board or the notification? If they can't see the board, they should double-check that they're members of the board and logged into the right account.
