In order to change your Avatar picture on Trello, please click on the avatar that is usually the initials on the top right > Profile and Visibility, and then you will see the option to change your avatar.

If you are being redirected to id.atlassian.com it means that you are using Trello with Atlassian account.

Atlassian account is being integrated with Trello and it's still being rolled out, so for some people, the place to change the avatar will be directly in Trello and for other people on Atlassian account.
