This here is a public community and not direct Trello support so for your own protection, I have removed your email from the post above...
All Trello billing is done within Trello and payment done by card, unless you are using Trello Enterprise, which for 3 licences you wont be using....
You can simply click the on either of the upgrade buttons from your workspace and that will take you to the correct screen to upgrade.
