Recently, our general manager bought a premium account for $60 per year. Later, our board link was shared with 16 more people, and all our team moved to Trello.
When each invitation we sent was accepted, a fee was allocated from the registered card. On March 15, an extra fee of $1,081.31 was allocated.
We chose Trello for its $60 per user per year fee. Currently, the fee has been allocated twice in the same month. We would be very grateful if you could explain a logical reason for this. If there is no basis, I will request our refund as soon as possible.
