Anyone else out there frustrated that there is only bot and email support for Trello? When someone does answer, its not specific to what you needed and no extra help to see through a problem. Frustrating.
No, I've had a load of support for Trello, I find them highly responsive and helpful (I raise most of my Trello questions with an ID that is not related to an Atlassian partner)
